Le camping est toujours payant le 18 mars. une personne passe à 21h30 pour réclamer 4000 pesos par personne, sans donner de justificatif. nous ne sommes pas restés. les sanitaires étaient très sales, les poubelles non vidées.

Nice little campground with toilets and hot water. They came and charged us CLP 4000 pp for one night.
not very flat but OK to park one or two vans.

stayed for one night. talked to the owners, they dont live in town and only run it as a stablished camping in January and February. the rest of the year the place get kind of abandoned so people can camping there as a free camping.
the place is ok, nice bathrooms, hot showers, but no electricity. 3.000 ppp, cant find anything close to it in town. Good deal

This place is neither closed nor free of charge. Stayed here for one night with my motorhome (3.5 ton, 2WD). The price for one person was 3.000CLP (it doesn't matter if motorhome, tent or other).
On the day we were there the owners were very eager to clean the toilets, brush up the garden and even install a new heating for hot showers.
However, we just got in contact with the owners by chance, when talking to a neighbor nearby. There is no sign or phone number. So, no idea how it works for other travelers.

the formal campground is closed but the gate can be open easily. local people used the only covered place to make fire in the middle and consume beer. i cleaned the garbage swept the floor in order to stay dry and sheltered from wind. there is a small creek running. use your water filter as there are cows around. entel works.
