This park is not closed!!
We have been here for a few weeks. It’s a very secluded park, partly because of the very bumby road coming into it. Clean bathrooms and showers.
Some sites have water, some have sewer. Electric not available. Not a far walk to the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets most days. Pelicans, herons, and many other birds to watch.
Get place is gated off with a no service sign at the entrance. Looks like it’s permannerly closed.
Report Check-InOnly one permanent camper, with 3 dogs! Area looks not very nice. The sea is to muddy and shallow for real swimming. The shower was cold in the morning. Wifi was ok.
200 Pesos are to much for that ...
Our 3.time here during one year - everything looks the same, just the rate for one night rise up to 150Pesos for two people in a camper,
Report Check-In2nd. time here and happy to see some friends again; perfect base camp for some car repair in the nearby Santa Rosalia; also a nice area for hiking; you have to be a dog lover for this place because there is a big bunch of them on the campground😃
Report Check-InA rustic place with lots of permanent snowbirds; flushing toilets and a warm shower; stayed 3.nights and paid 100Pesos/ night; to use the WiFi you have to pay 20Pesos to one of the permanent snowbirds;
Report Check-InPulled in late after a long drive day. Full of permanent snowbirds who seem to be continuously building extensions to their “mobile” home. Had a hot shower in the morning and was charged 100pesos for 2 people in a van. Not a particularly pretty park.
Report Check-InStayed here on the way to Mulege. The RV park is located to the left of the new housing, just keep going down the road. Its an area full with permanent and semi- permanent snowbirds who have built up shacks around their trailers. Nobody came around to collect the payment, stayed for free. Did pay 20 pesos for WIFI, connection was pretty good. It's a quiet community and a safe spot to stay the night driving through but not much of a view. Bathrooms and hot showers available in the park.
Report Check-InRolled in on bikes to rest up before heading onward to Mulege. Small community,quiet and friendly,of retirees in rvs and small homes. Located right on a tidal lagoon/marsh...lots of wildlife, pretty views, good kayaking and fishing. Paid 100 pesos to put up our tent under a palapa and some date palms right on the water. Friendly dogs everywhere. No official electric but neighbors provided extension cord and fresh filete of yellow tail! Clean hot showers and toilet in center of park
Report Check-InThere is only a sign on the highway for the RV park. The RV park is to the left of the gated community.
Report Check-InStayed one night, nobody came to collect a fee. Few permanents installed. No electrivity but there seems to be WiFi
Report Check-InWe were looking for a dump station. There is a sign guiding the traveller towards the rv camp. Very bumpy road 1 km appx. At the end a new house devellopment. One of the owners said the camp is next door. Were not able to find it. Dead end road the next door looked like a cemetery.?
Report Check-Innice Spot direct to the beach, very low Water, difficult for swimming. water available. I think there is electricity but we don't use it. WiFi only works at high season when all the permanents are there.
Report Check-InDidn't stay. Very quiet but looks like new sign and some construction happening. Says hot showers and wifi
