Namibia
Great location, big rig friendly, but run down with the feeling owners have given up, almost looks abandoned. Toilets and showers - perhaps even hot water if someone were to light the donkey.
We were the only people on this very big site and we were able to camp on the river bank.

We were alone, very quiet and nice place by the river and very nice guy.
Price 150N$ pppn, accorded 100.
4May2023: Okapupa Campsite is open … at least for simple overnighting
There is probably not always somebody present, but the gate was unlocked and as we were parking, a guardian showed up, very friendly.
Shower and toilets are usuable, the setting on the banks of the Kunene is very nice and peaceful. It seems there once was a restaurant/bar, but that must have been closed down quite some time ago.
The guardian initially asked for N$150 ppn, but as the place is really quite basic, we settled for N$100
