Basic and clean hotel right on the water. Parking next to the rooms, though it's not gated. There are grills and large patios. Reception is in the little shop as you enter, directly in front of the entrance. 500 pesos for two people, two beds, one night.
It always asks “big rig friendly?”. The property is situated over a ton of land with much unused, so I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to have adequate parking for big rigs.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

Cheaper place in town, 500 mxp for 2 ppl in a room with two bed and pvt bathroom with hot showers at 20 mts from the beach .
The reception is in the abarrotes but you can ask around and ppl will direct here.
Single occupancy rate was $400MEX. It’s a budget hotel at the end of the day, but the bed was comfy and there was a decent bathroom and hot water. But the view! Crazy. Sitting out front of my room I have an unobstructed view of the Sea Of Cortez and mountains. The view and location alone are worth the low cost. Really nice owner, and although I used Spanish, he seemed to have good English. There is a little shop you check in at with the usual fare, so not far for a couple of cold ones to enjoy with the view! I have already decided to stay an extra day.
