Really helpful people here. They replaced 2 ignition coils, removed the thermostat and placed a new radiator after 11 hours of work. They don't give up if they can't find the problem! Even got free couscous in the afternoon. If you have car problems, go here!!

Went by Dakhla Mécanique today to get some supplies and a quick check of the engine before we are heading into Mauritania.
We were helped by Abrardi Bidawi.
Honest and friendly guy.
Diagnosed the little tapping sound of the engine quickly and came to the same conclusion as our mechanic back in the Netherlands. (has to do with the hydraulic valve adjuster, nothing major to worry about)

Mecanic in Dakhla with a lot of knowledge. Broke two pistons on my mercedes and the owner 'Said' diagnosed the problem quickly, took apart my engine, ordered parts from Casablanca and assembled everything. He was thru to his word. Has a lot of experience. Definately recommend the guy. I slept in my car. Restaurants and shops close by, quite neighborhood.
