Description
Stayed a few nights longer than expected, but the Sinclair stop was very accommodating.. We did our best to observe the unspoken boondocking rules and keep a low profile.
Please fellow travelers- be respectful of these businesses that allow overnight parking and don't abuse it! There was a trashy motor home with about three trapped-out vehicles, a generator running at all times, and too many dogs that looked like they had been there all summer..... People like that are the reason overnight spots are getting scarcer. Please don't be that guy!!

Report Check-InGood for a one nighter. Just a parking lot. Safe and quiet. Bathrooms and showers in the store. Fairplay has many no camping/ parking signs for overnight stays. Do go into Fairplay and spend a few dollars to help them out.

We didn't stay because we just needed water but definitely looks like you can stay overnight in the gravel lot next to the gas station.
Report Check-InPossible to sleep in the parking lot with the trucks. nothing magical, but will do! Showers are available at the general store.
Report Check-InTypical truck stop parking. I'm in a truck camper and just parked in a car spot. lots of big rigs, car campers and an RV here. the town of South Park, Fairplay , is a cool spot to explore for a couple of hours.
