Description
Perfect location, has showers, toilets, laundry, & WiFi available. I paid $55 after tax for one night. Pets allowed. Don’t have any specific breed restrictions as I stayed here with a Rottweiler and the lady at the front desk wanted to meet him!! Kind of crowded and small area but perfect location for all manitou springs have to offer.

classic RV park with close neighbors but all the amenities like electric, sewer, water, showers. very quiet, our site 31 is right fountain creek. .9 to walk into manitou springs. we paid about $70 for 1 night but worth it for the hot showers.
