If you want to go trekking, you can get your TIMS registration here at the Nepal Tourism Board.
EDIT: No TIMS needed for Everest region! They know this, but will sell it to you anyway. At Lukla or Monjo you’ll need to pay for the local replacement at the same price.

If you are planning to ride to Lower Mustang, this is the place to get the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) Permit. Permit is for single entry. You need to fill up the form, submit two passport photos and pay 3000 rupees. At the Jomson check post, you will be asked for the permit. Opening hours: 9am to 3pm, 1-2pm is lunch break.
