Noisewise like a pullout on a freeway. sites nice and shady. Attractive campground at the wrong place. :-(
Report Check-InDecent sized campground and very busy, family friendly and dog friendly. We rolled in at about 9 in the morning and lucked out with a first come first serve site for one night. It was $28 cash and the camp host was selling firewood. We camp in our car but we saw all kinds of setups. Fire pits, bear lockers, and picnic tables at site. Plenty of vault toilets, clean but can get very stinky! Trash dumpsters available. River access. Short trail to a wetland area. Awesome stay, easily accessible!
Report Check-InStayed here one night since I was mountain biking in the Snoqualmie area. Nice campsite that has dense tree cover and river access. The road got new gravel on it so there’s only two potholes, in succession right after the road turns from pavement to gravel. So as far as accessing the campground goes no worries there. Highway noise is noticeable but I didn’t mind it and didn’t hear any jake brakes or things of that nature as the stretch of freeway that parallels the campsite is flat. Overall a good experience and would go again.
Report Check-InPotholes still gigantic on the entire drive in from the highway but we made it one piece with a 20’ camper van. Fees increased to $26 per night but there were plenty of open spots if you’re willing to risk your suspension.
Report Check-InCame here in April and the campground was closed but my husband and I walked around and it was beautiful! We ended up camping off the road a bit!
Report Check-InGreat camping next to the river. Like many others said, tons of potholes, but our 2 wheel drive, non-all terrain tire camper van was able to traverse just fine (lots of bumps, but easily made it). This site is one with a good deal of space (fit our 19’ camper van with plenty of extra room), and also an area just below the pull out to setup a tent site as well.
Report Check-InThis road has potholes the size of a small swimming pool and deep! I'm in 30ft Class A and I have to tell you, it was a challenge! Low hanging branches and no way to avoid the giant potholes! go very slow to rock and roll your way down it~took a roll on my jeep tow hitch. I'd advise to unhitch BEFORE attempting this road! stayed at campground, 23$ night with 95% sites reserved so only left 1 for 1 night only unreserved. Nice campground tho.
Report Check-InDrove through was full, but very nice camp ground. Near creek, water and pit toilets.
