Silent place to park your roof-tent car our camper and sleep. The police passed 3 times tonight and didn't say anything. We parked at the right side of the road almost under the trees. good shadow to cook. Just across the street has a hotel and we spoke to them if it was OK to stay here. No problems they said. We felt safe and recommend the place. No facilities. 100 meter from the beach.

To enter the site, you have to pay to access the beaches. We returned to turn around to the given location because they didn't want us to stay because of our little dog. On site there are two paid parking lots and sleeping is prohibited. Besides, they are doing work everywhere. Too bad it could have been a good plan.
Report Check-Inside of a dusty road leading to the beach, a few cars no commodities nearby. not the best spot but it's enough to spend a quiet night with no mosquitoes.

To get to these beaches the maximum height is 2.40, in the roundabout at the entrance they do not allow you to pass if you exceed that height.
Report Check-InSpent one night. Good and quiet. There are 2 parking spots made into the woods, so you are not visible from the main road. One is good for small, and the other for medium rigs. Big rigs fit the access road fine.

We didn't stay overnight here but it's a good place to park your rig while you go see the ruins :)
Not suitable for big rigs though!
Be aware! Tried to stay a 2nd night here, police showed up at around 6pm and told us we got reported for drinking beer at the Federal road (which was not true as we just drank at the beach and brought our empty bottle back to the van where we let it sit outside) they wanted to have 4500pesos or take me into detention for 36h. I got my passport and told them I would go with them to the station while my girlfriend calls the consulate. Instantly they told us to leave and done.
Report Check-InBeach shower water tank seems to be usually empty in the evening. Wait until other people shower there and go after them as they usually charge 20pmex if you are not a client of the hotel there. There are several nice shady places. Arrive early or after 2pm.

Report Check-InWe parked here a couple of nights. Great spot for beautiful beach access. Good snorkeling 100 meters out into the ocean. As far as camping goes, no one bothered us while we were parked here. It gets really busy with lots of other parked cars along the road by day, but by night we were pretty much alone apart from other overlanders. Beach showers right by the beach. Water can be accessed at the restaurant next door, as well as the WiFi password if you’re good at weaseling. Overall, great spot to set up for a couple days and nights.
Report Check-InWe parked here during the day and it was perfect. you can go to ruins by foot. Beach is beautiful. at night we moved to chedraui supermarket. Nice overlander spot. Free WiFi. Bathrooms and good bread.

Police patrol passed two times in the evening but the didn't told us anything.
It's quite and safe.
This place is also perfect to park and go to the ruins by foot (600m).
