City does not allow

Slept here last night..was really nice and quiet. This morning getting ready to do some biking on the corridor aerobic city pickup truck pulls up and says I'm not allowed to sleep there. I can park there overnight, but I cannot sleep in my vehicle because that is camping. He said with social media if they started to allow it all kinds of people would show up. I'm obviously really bummed about it. On one hand I understand, but on another it seems like some sort of compromise could be figured out..other towns allow it like St Sauveur..as long as people are respectful of the environment.

Bottom line is they allow you to park overnight but not sleep in your vehicle.

Bel endroit situé entre l’Église , un parc avec tables de pique-nique et à 2 min de marche d’une plage . Nous avons eu une nuit paisible mais à 8h, un employé de la ville est venu nous dire que le camping était interdit.
Le stationnement de nuit serait permis mais juste pour des véhicules vides ( donc , pour des invités des chalets avoisinants )

Parking of the community center and church. No visitors at all during the night. A bit of activity in the morning. Inside restrooms open 6 AM to 10 PM. Nice view on the mountain.
