Near cascada del amor, restaurant parking | Wild Camping

The restaurant here seems to be closed / for sale so we decided to stay a bit closer to the main road, next to the church. We could even use the clean toilets of the restaurant / family next door. Very kind people and quiet night!

We slept here one week, at night it's very quiet and peaceful, during the day (depending on the day of the week) some people come to the river and sometimes they have loud music but not a big deal. The owners of the restaurants are very kind and helpful, one of them lent us her freezer so we could keep our food fresh; another person gave us wood to make our fires.
We only paid $1 dollar for parking but that was because we arrived on a weekend and there was a man controlling the parking entrance. During the week nobody came to check the parking.

Pasamos una noche tranquila, las personas son muy amables, cuenta con baños y duchas, la cascada es muy bella.

Very nice spot in the nature. Police drove by and said it would probably be more safe to park in front of the bridge (cars can cross to the other side) as there are people living on the other side of the river but we stayed were we were and it was a very quiet night. There is a baño after the bridge and a big pool in front of the waterfall to go swimming. Perfect!

Going to Mindo, we sleep here in the restaurant parking. Nobody here and the restaurant was closed. Quiet night. For all type campingcar.

En allant direction Mindo, nous avons dormi dans ce parking pour la nuit. Le restaurant était fermé. Il y a une petite cascade pas loin que les gens vont voir. Nuit tranquille! Adapté à tout type de véhicules.
