Awesome little spot with a great view of Mount Hood. Big parking lot with lots of space. Nice quiet evening, no problems here. Verizon 3 bars. Daily cleaning of the vault toilets. There are garbage cans. No water. No dumpster. Parking lot fairly level (required 2 stacked Lego blocks).

This lot has a fantastic view of Mt. Hood. 1-2 bars Verizon. Wide open for Starlink and Solar. Very clean vault toilets with a garbage can in each. Stayed 4 nights no problem.
Good location. Easily seen from road. People come and go throughout the day. Cell signal is 1 to 2 bars at best. Starlink is great. Vault toilets are used very frequently as well as the garbage cans.
Report Check-InGreat spot! Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful view of Mount Hood. Large parking lot. Vault toilets. Cell reception. And a trail by a river that leads toward the mountain. Also views of the foothills which glowed orange at dusk as I watched a thunderstorm pass in the distance. What more could you want?

Report Check-InStill a great spot. Clean toilets, garbage cans. Large river space for dogs to stretch their legs. Shared the lot with many other vans but the lot is so huge that you can easily spread out. Top notch view of Mt Hood. Good cell reception. My only complaint is that sand gets blown at you when it's windy!
Report Check-InBig lot, one other camper. Toilet and ok hike up the creek. No complaints for one night, close to hood, gov camp, hood river. We mountain biked and went skiing on this trip.
Report Check-InGreat spot for free overnight parking! HUGE lot and it was plowed while we were there at the end of November. 1-2 bars Verizon. Toilets are open too. Far enough from the main road that it's quiet.
Report Check-InJust awesome. Pulled up the dirt road in the back of the parking lot and found a camp site with a fire ring. Beautiful view of the mountain. Parking lot had some people but there was no one else up here
Report Check-Ineverything everyone else said! except my two nights here weren’t very quiet. people around fires partying til midnight and early risers playing music at 7AM. i really enjoyed the community feel! but it wasn’t quiet.

Report Check-InThis place is great! I originally stopped in just to take in the view of Mt. Hood, but as the sun was setting i noticed there were quite a few other vans and RVs set up for the night, so I stayed the night. Quiet, safe, pit toilets, fantastic views, hike along the river, and even have cell service. woo baby 10/10! the parking lot is huge.
Report Check-InBig paved parking lot with a gorgeous view of Mt. Hood and the surrounding greenery. There’s access to the rocky stream of White River to explore. One pit toilet available [other was closed due to COVID19], which was clean & only had to stand in line in the morning when someone was using it. There were a few other RV/ campers/ skoolies/ vans that were parked at a good distance from each other. Definitely recommend this spot & will return in the future.

Report Check-InObv. very cold up here in the snow-park, but a beautiful spot. All the other carparks we saw in the area had signs requiring a snow-parking pass at this time of year (Nov-Apr) but this car park had no signs. Several other overnighting vehicles. No facilities. Free.

Last night there was a “star party”, so a bunch of very nice astronomers shared the giant parking lot and let me peek through their telescopes.
PERFECT view of mt hood, open bathroom (not too smelly) 1 bar Verizon service. no “no” signs, no problems at all. Rad river flowing next to us.
