We contacted the company because we wanted to keep our vehicle in a safe place (guarded or closed area) for 2 months. After 5 weeks (!) we finally received a first answer to three e-mails (after we "threatened" with an entry on iOverlander) that it would be possible and a little later what it costs (USD 300/month).
When we asked to confirm that a safe place is definitely available for our vehicle, we were promised that we would receive an answer within 2 days (they wanted to take the measures). We have been waiting since 3 weeks for this answer...
The company makes a very unserious and unprofessional impression.
