Description
NF campground by Fish lake. 15 USD. Beautiful view of the lake. Very high, 2700m over sea level, so a lot cooler. We had full moon and it was spectacular over the lake. In the top of the campground there is a secluded place with shade.

Forest service site says it opens in May. Guess that doesn't mean May 1st. haha. Still traces of snow in the area. Beautiful area. No Verizon signal. Have Att signal with mofi.
Report Check-InWell-kept Campground with very clean, hot showers that are quarter operated (coin machine on site accepts $1 and $5 bills only). Camp hosts are very nice and gave us back road directions to Bryce Canyon that cut 100 miles from our route. $20/night for a tent spot and one car, $10/car for additional cars.
Report Check-InStopped for HOT showers! No need to take site if all you want is shower. Park at showers near spaces 1 - 14 or across highway. $0.50 per minute, pay as you go with quarters, change machine available. 3 minutes of hot water for a dollar fifty was heaven. Clean and well laid out.
Report Check-InMy second visit here, first time was three years ago. Different this time is the great campground hosts! Dry camping at its best. They only have drinking water here, so no frills.
