Description

Drive past Detif and keep going to the beach. Lovely quiet spot.... It is at the end of the road at the end of the island so no passing traffic at all!

Beautiful places along that grey sandy beach with views over the main island “Isla grande de Chiloé”. Access from last paved road in Detif is 8’ and very good for everyone and beach access on the first hundred meters ok : past that point only sand and 4WD !

Front of the beach. Sandy/grassy semi flat ground. Beautyfull view. Nobody around. We accessed with our caravan and puckup truck.

Nice and peaceful place to camp for the night. If you drive about 800m past this icon you get to a grassy area that is flat-ish. We did it with our 2WD Transit although it gets a lot sandy towards the end. Recommend to air down your tires a bit.

Clean space and no garbage. Please pack all your things out!

Great place. Many spots. Easily accessible also with 2x4s. Dolphins, great views, quiet.

Really quiet place on the beach. Around 30km from the ferry, good way to drive even with 2WD. Dolphins and seals swimming around.

super beautiful, quite some people on a saturday night, saw a lot of dolphins!

Indeed nice and quiet and A WHOLE LOT of dolphins both at the dawn (which is beautiful) and in the morning. Absolutely loved the spot!

The road to reach Huiñae beach is good, the beach is really huge and there is a sandy path if you want to go further than the entrance of the beach. We saw many many dolphins, birds, sea lions... more animals than humans down here, even though there are some houses, no one seemed to mind us, except a very nice old man coming to say hello in the morning. Very nice and quiet place

Lots of places you could camp along this beach, especially with a 4WD. Very peaceful and beautiful isla - we loved it out here. The road down to Guinae is suitable for all vehicles, no mud and gentle slopes.
