I had the county up my @$$ immediately. Guy goes "You can't park here overnight" (I hadn't planned on it) he was very rude. I think he was just checking me out and as he got closer REALIZED I WAS OLDER THAN HIS GRAMMA I think he was disappointed so had to come up w/some BS as to why he was invading my space :-) dump. meth town USA

This park features 10 free trailer or tent sites, pit toilets, drinking water and fire pits. Stayed 1 night in Spot#9 in campervan. Backed into the spot so that our sleeping area faced away from the road. It was cool enough that we slept with the windows closed and we weren't bothered by the traffic in the night. Topped up our water tank at the green building near the entrance. T-Mobile 5G at this location.

Report Check-In

There was no camping when we went due to Covid. Boulders were placed in front of the campsites. I would check the county website first.

Report Check-In

Closed, many signs posted for no camping or overnight parking. County website also states currently no camping available.

Report Check-In

Gravel cul de sac down a bit from the main road, maybe ten picnic tables and firepits in grass with space in between, trash cans, all along a stretch less than a quarter mile, bathrooms still open in winter, Planet Fitness 14 miles away in Klamath Falls, two week stay limit, stayed here with polite folks living in their truck, road noise and trains not bad.

Report Check-In

No bugs in November — but plenty of trains! A track next to the highway... and the highway a stone’s throw from the park. Great overnight if you’re passing thru (and have ear plugs). Not a destination by my standards.

Report Check-In

We pulled in here right around dusk. And quickly pulled right back out. There was a cluster of a couple of barely street legal RVs and other rundown vehicles in one corner that made us feel uneasy. There was trash everywhere as well. So we headed further up the road to the casino, which was quiet and safe.

Additional info to my above post...THE MIDGES ARE RELENTLESS, THEY GO THRU SCREENS. THEY'RE EVERYWHERE. But they don't bite. 🤯🌍🚐❤🤙

Arrived late afternoon to find it about 50% occupied. This was on a weekday. Several sites just had tents pitched, assuming holding the site for the weekend. That's wrong. Levelish sites, hard to tell what is a site or not. Some road noise, but I'm still half deaf. Usable AT&T cell signal. I have a toilet and water so I'm not interested in those conditions, but I see folks filling up large water jugs at a tap 100 feet from me. DaveO approved.
