Stairway to Heaven | Tourist Attraction

access to this staircase is free. the staircase is not in very good condition but you can take beautiful photos there. we went there with our 15 ton vehicle with the flooded salar.

l’accès à cet escalier est gratuit. l’escalier n’est pas en très bon état mais on peut y faire de belles photos. nous y sommes allés avec notre véhicule de 15 tonnes avec le salar inondé.

Still standing, with some tables and chairs made from salt behind, no-one else in sight. Only about 10km north of Salt hotel almost direct road.

It's still here in early November! Just a simple staircase made from salt.

A staircase made of salt in the middle of the salt flats. It's an art installation by Bolivian artist Gaston Ulgade - called "Stairway to Heaven". Supposedly it will be gone once the wet season comes.
