Old section of road closed off for cars but open for cyclists. Just next to a tunnel there is an old viewpoint/rest area with a bench.

a slight improvement on the location, follow the trodden path to the right of the old tunnel and theres a small clearing in the wooded area. can get a motorcyle in no problem
