A fantastic gravel lot at the end of the bay. Picnic tables, trash bin and, best of all, a raised fire pit that the locals provide firewood for. Two different folks even made sure to ask if there was enough wood for me!
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Report Check-InThis is a nice location with garbage bin and picnic tables. Across the street you can buy frozen fish like halibut, cod tongues etc.
There are few friendly unleashed dogs that will come by and pee on your vehicle. My Pomeranian didn't like that.
There were three motor homes the night we were there.
A voir!
Report Check-InAs described. Nice seafood market across and down. Trust your google map to get here.
Report Check-InYep. Fantastic spot. Quiet bay. Level ground. Picnic tables and a fire pit (with wood). Had a lovely visit with Sandra and Don from the lobster pool across the road. And…bonus…bought a couple fresh lobsters as well.
Report Check-InJust as everyone says. People are super friendly. There was a supply of firewood for the Grill. Four picnic tables and nice gravel pull out. No bathrooms.
Report Check-InAs described by others… gravel lot by the water, with a few colourful picnic tables, raised fire pit with supply of wood (no kindling, so bring your own or bring a hatchet), and a garbage can. No water or other services. Very quiet. Enough street lights to keep it from getting too dark/creepy, but not enough to spoil the view of the night sky.
Report Check-Inwe stayed one night. beautiful spot. quiet. friendly locals. delicious fresh seafood sold across the road.
Report Check-InPerfect spot to spend the night. No wood there (few pieces in the pit) but we brought our own. Not windy at all. It's right next to the road but at night there's no traffic, we had a quiet night with only the sound of the waves.
Report Check-InFabulous little place maintained by a couple of locals. Woman arrived with a guest book that she keeps just to see were people are from.
Report Check-InAs described. Blissfully quiet. Super clean. Camp tables right next door with free firewood supplied by locals. Amazing. Beautiful view of bay leading out to ocean. Gravel lot. 1-2 bars ATT 3G service. Like it here.
Report Check-InAs described this place is exactly like that. Firepit, free wood, no mosquito, cellphone/internet cover.
