If you need to stock up on food,clothing, or replace some broken gadgets this mall has it all.
Security is a problem here. The perpetrators are targeting foreign overland vehicles and breaking in and stealing as was the case with our vehicle last night. Warning: if needing to shop here ensure the following: use the rooftop parking; ensure nothing visible in the vehicle and/or keep someone in the vehicle and let someone else do the shopping. (note to editor: please could an alert be made at this location?)

Report Check-Innice and big new mall with everything you need : Checkers, Pep, Atm, Spar, money changers, pharmacy,camping equipment, MTC shop, electronics shop... safe and secured parking (high max 2.4 meters) and 7 rand for 5 hours.
Report Check-InAll the usual South African chain shops found in Namibia. Safe parking. Colcaccia restaurant ok for pizza. Outdoor Warehouse has good camping gear.
Report Check-InGreat Mall that has an outdoor warehouse store. Unfortunately parking height is limited to 2,4m! So be aware if your truck his higher. Guarded parking with no height restriction is possible at the Lady Pohamba Private Hospital next to the mall. As always be careful where you park your truck. I left it directly next to the entrance of the clinic and the security guard waited next to it. Don’t forget to tip accordingly.
Report Check-InWe parked at the open deck, 2.4 m gate to enter. It’s right next to the security guy operating the gate and a high traffic area so we felt safe. Parking 7 nad for 5 hours
Report Check-InNice mall, but our vehicle was broken into. They smashed one of our windows and made off with some equipment. We were parked in the middle level. Evidently they target foreign overland vehicles. If you shop here do not leave anything visible in your vehicle, ensure someone stays in the vehicle while someone else shops or do not shop here. Be careful at all centres though, even in Swakopmund too for the same reason.
Report Check-InThe best mall in Windhoek for overlanders. Check out Outdoor Warehouse for camping gear & spare parts, it’s the most affordable special shop in town. Attached Sportman’s Warehouse sells clothes & sport stuff. Cape Union Mart for clothes & some smaller gadgets, like torches. Many grocery stores: Spar, Checkers, Woolworths. Pharmacy stuff: Clicks & Dischem. Great coffee shop (Slowtown) & couple of restaurants.
