State park with typical campsite (very good wifi at the sites). Worth to stay one night.

Beautiful park with some great hiking trails. Definitely on the expensive side but looks like it is worth the extra.
Report Check-InExpensive. $38 USD for out of state in high season. Should have known better. Didn’t stay here but they have vacancies. Decided to push on to the less glamorous but far more economic option of a Walmart parking lot (an hour north).
Report Check-InNice campground with several hiking trails. Good bathrooms and showers. Friendly staff. We found a site for one night without a reservation.
Report Check-InWhen checking in, note that sites on the map are marked S, M, or L. The S (small) sites are really small. Too small for a van with any room left over for a couple chairs unless you are close to the road.
Firewood is currently $7.00 a bundle, and wifi is $3.00 per device. (2022 prices)
Report Check-InAre you open this week? Week of the 20th of March. I do not need hook ups
Report Check-InVery nice campground that can accommodate any size vehicle. Lots of sites and in a good location near Camden. Get site 12 if you're in a van since it's the best site.
Report Check-InState park with typical campsite (very good wifi at the sites). Worth to stay one night.
Report Check-InA good place to stop in order to explore the drop-dead gorgeous Camden, Maine. However, the weird thing about this park is that it has a "microclimate". It can be literally raining on you while it's sunny and warm just a few miles away. It sits in a bowl on a side of a mountain that traps the moisture coming off the ocean and holds it for quite a while. But, with so few other camping areas around this part of Maine, this state park is acceptable for a short visit.
