Nice spot to lay your head near Oceanside. Can be crowded but haven't had an issue getting a spot yet but summer might be a different story

Another one of the several pull-outs along the Hwy 23. It's large and mostly flat, very open with only a thin tree line separating it from the road. View on the mountains with trees, not directly on the lake, though you can hear some waterfalls (and frogs) nearby.
We pulled out here in the hope to see some aurora borealis, and we were all by ourselves while all the other spots seemed pretty busy on a Friday night. No services, no bins, no cell. Some grass area for tents. Pretty quiet.

Stunning site we got a lakeside site. A heap of frogs around at night. Lots of mosquitoes. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from here!

Nice big lot in the back. Fairly quite. A handful of other overnighters here as well.

Free WiFi with no password. Pretty fast too

Parked here and another van showed up. Somebody disconnected a trailer beside us and there were also trucks here with guys sleeping in them.

Been here a few times over the last 2 weeks with no issues! Women’s shower closed at the moment but they let me use the shower in the fitness centre instead!

Beautiful little house on the beach with a unique location between the ocean and the river.

It offers a comfortable queen size bed and a private kitchen and bathroom, as well as two terraces and seating areas.

Enjoy the view of the sunrise over the ocean from your hammock at the front of the house and the sunset from the yoga deck overlooking the river at the back.

For those who need to work, there is Starlink internet for the fastest connection possible (up to 150mbit) incl. backup battery.

Great spot , was like old construction site in this beautiful landscape. You park just above this nice pile of wept cream enjoy and don’t forget to to bring your spoon

No one here on a Friday. I walked to the falls, but it is easily drivable with a small high clearance vehicle.

Nice, but a bit underwhelming. I would rather have 20 beers than pay 20$ to see this

Very limited view. Overgrown. Good for a wild camp though

Not possible to leave car at the gate and walk to the falls. Need to pay 10$ for the car to drive 600m.

Nice spot, the road is only for 4x4 or hero’s😉. Branches need to be hold away by passing. The stone factory produces a lot of noice till midnight. At the end a nice spot

Very smooth cross from Albania to North Macedonia, spanish passport and bike, took me 10 minutes. There were few trucks and cara but can pass all of them.
Friendly officer asked for passport, motorbike document and green card ( I carry original stamped ), in 5 minutes was leaving the border.
If coming from Albania check the view of Lake Ohrid in the right side before the border ( just when see a small fortress with Albanian flag on top), is the best, after crossing not same.

Fancy fuel station with a little shop. They have diesel and gazoline 95.

good place to park and explore around, we stay here 2 nights, there is 4 lovely dog to feed bring some food with you for them 😊

It really is an oasis of calm. Alesandra and Franklin are great hosts and you feel at home. Franklin speaks English and gives you lots of good tips for your tour through Venezuela. We stayed here with our truck for 3 days. Suitable for heights up to 3.60m.

great spot. hard to get parked. is ok with bigger rig but must be confident about huge potholes and backing up. this spot is a trail head with a gate. minimal traffic. big rig if confident. barely any signal. but it is the woods, so it's quiet.

At this location, just in front of the notions store called « La Casa de La Modista », there is a small gallery. You enter and the first on the right is the workshop of 2 lovely ladies who sew.
They changed the fastening my waterproof jacket, in a few hours, and also resolved a problem of fastening of our tent.
Very fair price, it cost me 5,000 pesos for it.

Got a nice spot right by the lake, only a couple people here for a Friday. A lot of boating and fishing going on. The spots on the edge of the lake are rutted out pretty bad at certain spots.

We stayed here 1 night and had a great night. Plenty of space for multiple camp set ups. A good sunset and off the road enough that it felt secluded. There’s a small shop down the road as well.
A super friendly dog hung out with us the whole time and was very chill ! Sad to leave him behind

Dormimos bien en el predio de al lado. Bastante silencioso. Nos sentimos seguros.

No dormimos pero nos bañamos aquí, el agua caliente y gratis. Recomiendo.

Pull out next to the road. It gets quiet later in the night. Good for one night if you want to stay close to SLC

Perfect to get away from the touristy view point and camp all by yourself. Didn’t had any internet, so location might be a bit off. When you have the touristic view point, drive up and take the dirt road to the right.
