This place was marked as an YPFB. But it looks like this is *not* an YPFB. So be careful with diesel quality.

Two nice ladies will help you. We arrived at 7 pm in the evening and they were closed. First they told us they wouldn't charge because of foreign plates. But then we told them we don't need ticket and we can pay 5 bolivianos per lt. so they told us to come next morning. We did it and was full of cars and people but they had no problem and fill our tank.

We asked them if we could sleep just in the border of the gas station. They doubted but let us do it in a gate in a corner. Anyway we finally went to have dinner to a house restaurant almost in front of the gas station (they showed us where). Highly recommended as the family is lovely. We ate for 15 bolivianos and they shared the bathroom and could charge our cellphones
