Very close to town, just off the ferry and near gas station and other amenities. Good internet access is available from the parking lot at the back of the building even when the library is closed.

Good location for after/before the ferry. Library is currently only open in the afternoon. We stayed 2 nights while waiting for the out going ferry, but left during the day as to not create a parking problem. There is an excellent sea food restaurant in Margaree, Sea Shore Restaurant 5 minutes east of town. Also very good breakfast at motel before library.
Report Check-Infriendly librarian as mentioned before, no problem to park on the pavement overnight, just need to leave (the pavement - move to the gravel right next to it) during the day if you wanna stay 2 nights. she mentioned the washrooms and the wifi which we should feel free to use!

Did not stay here but used the library. There should not be any problem doing an overnight. There are no services except for what the library can supply when they are open. Internet access, however, is available from the parking lot at the back of the building.
Report Check-InMostly flat area, not really appropriate for big rigs. Quiet most of the night, but nearby busy intersection otherwise. Would definitely be good for before/after ferry.
Library open as of posting, 9am-4pm with a couple evenings. Wifi available 24hrs (and pretty decent) and washrooms (when open). Librarian super friendly.
We stayed here a night before catching the ferry and it's still a good place and the wifi works just great!
Report Check-InUniquement pour petits motorisés. Ne pas stationner le long de la bâtisse du clos de bois, les gens commencent à arriver à 7:30 am. Assez tranquille. Petit stationnement en arrière de la bibliothèque qui semble ouvrir à 9:30.
Report Check-InGreat spot for before or after the ferry. Librarian is very friendly. walking distance to groceries, restaurants, Tim Hortons. Library wifi. A bit noisy if a show on at the club when people leave, but didn't bother us. Gravel and paved parking suitable for smaller units.
