Lowkey easy place to car camp
Only saw one car in the night but no problems
Peaceful and kinda remote drive to the spot
sign is still up, i did stay last night after arriving after 6pm there was two locals that came by and played fetch w their dogs and left, didn’t bother me. quiet like all the time seeing as it’s in the middle of farmland. there is locals who let their dogs run free on their properties so be on the lookout for dogs(they’re all very friendly) on the road on your way here. looks like some locals have had fires here since there’s a lot of burn spots on the ground. in the afternoon some locals drove by slowly jus looking at my van didn’t feel too concerning as they just drove off.. i’m gonna try to stay another night and head to avenue of the giants tomorrow morning. as always pack it in pack it out!
Report Check-InBeautiful peaceful spot. Isolated. Big car park and we slept in our bivi bags on a patch of grass in the corner. There’s a sign saying day use only but we arrived late and didn’t see it. Watched sea otters and eagles as we ate our breakfast.
Report Check-InQuiet, no signs. Suitable for small rigs only imho. Suggest parking on edge in case someone comes in with a boat so you won't have to move.
