after 3h of driving the gravel road that follows the river we finally found a suitable wildcamping spot at the river. not much shade but bushes and trees around that cover you a little bit from the houses that are around. a few locals were swimming/washing/fishing in the river but no one came by or bothered us. heard hippos at night but other than that very quiet and peaceful and wonderful sunset.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
We stopped here for lunch. There are big houses close by. We would not stay here.
