Nice campground, couldn’t find any running water. Put toilets and some portable toilets around. $15 a night for a tent. Online bookings only. The campground is right along the train line so you’ll get 2-3 trains a night. 9pm, 11pm and 7am normally. Some nice spots, we ended up staying 2 nights.

Bummed we couldn’t stay here as we were passing through Sioux Falls. Went to book a spot online as we were heading into town. We were really excited about close proximity to Devils Gulch. Wanted to create a post to notify others traveling through in the winter. I bet it’s great in the warmer months :)

We stayed here at site 32 (a tent site - $15), and it was beautiful! There was no one else around, but the sites are a decent size anyway. The only complaints we had was the noise. There are train tracks that run directly next to the campground, which we heard a couple times in the middle of the night. We were also right on the water so we were woken up to loud geese very early in the morning. Outside of the noise, it was a beautiful and reasonably priced place to stay!
