My husband and I pulled up late one night and wanted to originally park further into the park, but the main road was closed. There are no "No Overnight" parking signs and we weren't bothered with at all. Just one guy was looking for his dog. You get a beautiful view of the mountains towards the South. Verizon has 4G but it's limited. there's a hiking trail that goes to a nice creek next to where we parked, as well.

Report Check-InThis entire road felt unsafe and there was trash at every site and along the road. It looks like homeless people are living at several sites (and at trailhead). Several cars drive past while we were trying to find a site and almost all of the looked sketchy or questionable. We didn’t end up staying near Kerby and moved on to Crater Lake area instead.
Report Check-InI got here at about 7 on a Sunday night, one other van was already there. Soon after I arrived someone in a loud truck stopped by then sped away tires screeching. This happened again ten minutes later, then the third time of this I moved on.
Report Check-InQuiet location that is paved and a short distance from the 101 Hwy. Hikers started arriving around 7 AM. Overall, nice quiet place to stop and sleep for free. Weak cell signal, enough for texts and maybe a call but not much else without a booster.
