Very nice hot springs right on the river, $60 pesos per car for the day! One can also stay right here. Whole day (and sometimes night) it has the locals swim, drink, laugh, washing clothes etc. It is not so alone. But it is very nice and warm! Has small restaurant if you want to eat something or have to buy certain things. Coming from the West is free but the road is very rough. If you come from the other side (Taxhido) it costs 60Pesos, and is in much better condition. Is on the border to Hidalgo, Queretaro. Price: potentially Free

60 MX per car. Really nice place and very relaxing. The drive down is gorgeous, too!
The downstream pool is for washing bodies and laundry (soap, shampoo, conditioner okay)
Report Check-InThis is à great place as described.
PLEASE FOR YOUR PLEASURE AND SECURITY DO NOT DO NOT TAKE THE SKETCHY ROAD DESCRIBED. Cost me a tire on my Sprinter van. Sometimes you get so close to the cliff you risk falling down in the deep deep canyon.
Take the other way around as described please.
Camping at Taxidho Hot Springs which are usesd mostly by locals for relaxing, playing, party and washing located in a beautiful canyon. You will not be alone there on weedends but for more privacy and silence you can move some hundred yards east for camping. The pool at the source has ca 98°F, the big pool in the river separated by sand bags ca 97°F. The road from the east is somewhat steep and narrow and real big rigs will have some problems.
Report Check-Inwe went there today me, my wife and baby on a road motorbike. there is two roads to reach the spot, one arriving from the West ( really bad, even a bit dangerous if you don't have a off road dirt bike or hardcore 4x4 ). Another road arrives there from the East, that one is nice and you pay at a gate located at the beginning of this road, don't know the fee but I used it on my way back they opened the gate to let me out
it was Saturday morning at 11am there were many people, families, one spot is awesome water is warm and crystal clear coming from the source
This place is a little out of the way the last 10 miles you go 20 miles per hour. But the scenery is beautiful. This place is in a Canyon, and you go down the canyon to the natural hot spring. There is a fee of 50 pesos per car, the locals keep it somewhat clean. There is a restaurant/mini market. Locals come and shower, drink , party there. We stayed overnight and it was safe. We have a truck camper . It rained really hard that night and the road was fine, not washboard
