Really good place! I came here with a broken motorcycle (coolant leaking), and despite them being a Toyota car workshop, they organized mechanics to fix my bike for a good price. Really friendly and helpful.

We had a AC issue (pipe broken). They fixed it in one day even if they didn’t have a spare. They found a way to fix it anyway. It took us a day but at the end of the day it worked. We paid a really competitive price for the repair.

This place is utterly amazing!

We lost a wheel on the road and had to limp it to Chipata. We were recommended this place through a friend and we couldn’t be happier with the service! It was extremely affordable as well.

The owner took the time to talk me through everything that they were doing on our Land Cruiser. They are a Toyota Authorised Service Center and they do amazing work. Our Cruiser is a frankenstein of many different cruisers and he was able to identify all the parts and tell me from which model they were from. His team is highly professional and they do high quality work. They went above and beyond to inspect the rest of the truck and make sure we were totally ok to head to Nairobi.

If you ever need work done on your Toyota in Chipata I cannot recommend them enough!!

FYI- they don’t take credit cards so be prepared to pay with cash.

Came in with one days advance notice for a routine maintenance (one which required extensive change of item like
Differential and brake fluids)
Plus one other repair. The work was handled as quick as expected taking a day and a half. Pretty sure all was done well The owner understands that as travelers we often come in afire notice and then walk work done asap though there often others in que in front at the time.

Knowledgeable mechanics who replaced our oil filter and fixed some other small problems in no time. Friendly manager there who explains the different options and prices are very reasonable.

very professional!! They adjusted the front wheel bearings , adjustment of handbreaks...
