Latest Check-Ins

Very quiet, peaceful setting. Absolutely no cell service. Carry in carry out due to bears. Can get very windy. Great stop outside Yellowstone with water and electric.

Report Check-In

Nice clean campground. We were able to find a site with hookups late Sunday night. There’s only electric and water, no sewer.

Plenty of open sky for starlink & solar.

Report Check-In

This is the closest campground to Yellowstone that allows for tent camping or pop up. The other three campgrounds down the road are hard sided rv only, with no other dispersed camping. Host mentioned Most of the electric sites are by reservation on reservations.gov but the rest of the 30 sites are first come first served. Pricing others have mentioned are accurate. And there was plenty of spots available. The other campgrounds down the road are in heavy wooded areas and this one is not, and I’d honestly choose this campground just for the lower mosquitos. It is close to the hwy so there is some noise but honestly it’s not bad. Some of the camp spots are near a river and have a nice water hum. No reception for either AT&T or Verizon

Report Check-In

We spent three nights tent camping here. It was a nice enough campsite. Some spots are better than others. We were to find a site during Labor Day weekend with no issue. Note: it’s only half price for the interagency access (disabled) and senior pass, not the normal annual interagency pass. We paid $15.

Report Check-In

$20 hookups, $15 dry. 1/2 price with interagency pass. Water pressure low at hookup sites. Easy access, no bugs. Many sites available for first come first serve in June/July. Reservations can be made, but not necessary. 30 mins to Yellowstone, 1 hour to Cody.
