Sign clearly states no over night parking :(

Report Check-In

Parked in the beginning of the road to the side. There were no signs that said no pArking. The road had a closed sign even though you could drive on it and down the road it said no camping for 3 or so miles so you could travel down there if you wanted. But, No one bothered us at our beginning spot.

Report Check-In

Arrived to find official no overnight camping signs up. Plenty more spots up the road where I wasn’t bothered. Logging trucks pass during the day but it’s not bothersome, it adds to the cool factor the way I look at it. No cell reception (Verizon) surfaces somewhat even.

Report Check-In

Spent a friday night here, was quiet with a large spot to park a couple vehicles here. Fit the 170 sprinter in amongst some trees. Gorgeous creek running behind the spot. Didn’t see any other campers, was very remote down a thin windy but well paved road No service with Verizon and cell booster

Report Check-In

Spent two Saturday nights here. Beautiful & peaceful. Nice to sleep under a tree and just hear a lil creek. Ranger passed me as I was going in around 6 pm but didn’t say anything. If spot is taken there are half a dozen spots further down the road. Really enjoyed Gazos Creek State beach as well (during the day). Photos of other spots on this road

Report Check-In

Stayed a day night here. Really beautiful with walk down to creek. Light traffic. Didn’t get rousted. Very very quiet at night.

Report Check-In

Spent a random Tuesday night here. Backed my truck as far off the road between the trees as I could and slept in it. About half a mile before this location there is a sign that says parking only 8am-sunset and no camping allowed. Took the risk and didn’t have any traffic come through all night or get rousted.
