They filled our US tank without a problem. They use an adaptor that we bring from US. Otherwise, they couldn’t refill the tank because they have another hose system.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

Report Check-InThey do not fill fixed tanks anymore. But there are good alternatives in Pasto. One is at the petrol station across the street, where a Autogas (LPG) station is currently being installed (I add a new icon on iOverlander). Another Autogas station is on the Avenida Panamericana (is already in iOverlander).

Report Check-InIf you are looking for buy Colombia's gaz bottle don't buy Montagaz one. You can't exchange it in the other side of the country. prefer the green bottle for example it is the same but present in all the country.

Sent us to Supergas just off the Pan-American. Don't go to the one 1.5km south of town as they will send you back into town.
Report Check-InThey first told us (and there's also a sign) that it is forbidden by law in colombia to refill gas bottles that do not belong to the plant. But after a bit of discussion they were willing to call the manager who allowed them to fill our North American gas bottle. Took one hour in total, 4600 COP for 5 pounds.
