Very nice campground. From the restaurant you have a great view over an arm of the Quando River. Mark makes with us a tour into the Muduma National Park. We saw plenty of elefants, two groups crossing the river. Highly recommended.
Report Check-InFabulous! We stayed 2 nights. An absolute hidden gem as already mentioned and not to be missed. We had dinner one night which was delicious. We are in a truck and fitted in nicely in camp 1. Highly recommended.
Report Check-InSpacious shaded campsite on edge of river with private ablutions, washup, electricity, standpipe, firepit and covered eating area. Friendly hosts Mark and Suzanne. Meals, bar and firewood are available. One of the hidden gems.
Report Check-InAs per the description. just yo add that they charge NAD215 for kids from 5 years old, so our camping for 2 adults and 2 young kids set us back almost NAD1000 for what is still camping....

Report Check-InI've updated the location of the pin on the map so it should be good in 2 weeks from now.
Pleasant campsites under trees with private ablutions very well maintained. Swimming pool and main lodge area a tiny bit far on the small hill. Weak unstable MTC 4G connection but good enough to get some Whatsapp messages and browse a bit. Wifi at the lodge. Great swimming pool, very friendly owners, great tap beer and the owners confirmed that water from all taps are good for drinking as it comes from borehole.
Report Check-In5 big campsites under shady trees all with own ablution, drinking water and power. The lapa with tented accommodation is situated up on a dune with a spectacular view of Kwando floodplain. Camping at 270 pppn. Boatcruises available. Hippos at night are quite an experience at this camp. Recommendable!
Report Check-InEverything as described before :-)
Beautiful! Impressive views over the flood plains of the Kwando!
Everything clean and well maintained.
We stayed 2 nights and had a stunning boat cruise with Aniela and Nikolai (600 pp for 3 hours).
270 ppn for camping
No credit card facilities
We agree, really nice place. 5 large campsites with good private abulutions and fireplace. Wood for 20 nad. Really nice to relax on veranda (WiFi ok) and in swimming pool. We paid 220 nad pppn & 20 nad fir realy nice draft beer.
Report Check-InWe stayed with owners Nikoli and Aniela for three nights and had a wonderful stay. This campsite is in the 'soft opening' stage whilst things are being finished off.
This campsite is magnificent with a view to die for. You sit on their veranda and gaze over the coy pond and swimming pool to the hippo pool and vast river planes beyond. I went fishing in the hippo pool and caught catfish. If you can, arrange a river tour with Dan, their next door neighbour (Mashi River Safaries see Ioverlander) this was very special and 500pp. If you are super lucky - you may be there on Pizza Night when Nikoli fires up his pizza oven. Best pizza in Africa and I'm not exaggerating. As you can tell, we liked this place!! Aniela is a wonderful host. 250pp negotiable.
beautiful campsites, each with own ablutions and running water and fireplace and sink
nice view, friendly host, beer from the tap
