This is where the paperwork is arranged for shipping a motorcycle to Soyo. They needed to see my passport, they took the importation document issued at the border, and needed to know the weight of the motorcycle. The cost was 9,000 Kz to prepare the paperwork. The original copy of the importation document is handed over at the port along with the motorcycle, and you are given a photocopy of the importation document. The original copy is returned with the motorcycle in Soyo.
