In front of police station there is place to park and they welcome campers. No facilities but it is safe, quiet and free.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Slept the night here parked across the police station. This is where they told us we should park, felt safe since they had visibility the entire night of our camper. A bit loud throughout the night, lots of cars passing by. Overall safe and good after crossing the border.
Report Check-InArrived here on foot after dark to enquire about camping and was immediately shown an area I could pitch my tent. There was also a tap for drinking water and an outdoor power outlet I was able to use to charge my phone. I was also shown a semi exposed bathroom that had seen better days but it also had a makeshift shower I could use in the form of a pipe that was just above my head.
Most importantly, it was a very safe area to pitch a tent since it was right next to the police station.
Note: There are actually two police stations and you want the one that is further away from the main road. The pin is quite accurate.
