Description

Very nice established Campground right next to the Ruta 7. The entrance street is not leveled. No wifi but cheap (20 Bol per Person), outside kitchen, cold shower and river access. The owner has one dog but don't be afraid - he is okay. And there is a Pizza Oven ;-) Very friendly people.

We spent 1 night in here and everything was like explained below, 20bolivianos pp, kitchen with some cutterly, bathrooms with running water, cold showers and a very nice grassy area. He also took us up and down to the start of Codo de los Andes in his 4x4 for 100bolivianos (he said when is more than two people he charges 150 bolivianos). Jose Luis was super familiar and friendly, totally recommended, we would have liked to stay more if we could.
Here is his number in case you need hil for the camping or taxi service: 00 591 (7) 108-9683

We spent 1 night here to be close for the Codo de los Andes trek. Everything as mentionned below ! 20bob per person. We asked the owner to get a transport to the trek for the sunrise. He booked us a taxi, we paid 70bob. Lovely camping and owners !

A very nice small campsite with very friendly people. The owner very kindly cooked me dinner two nights as I arrived by bicycle with very little food. I was aiming for Samaipata but needed to stop.
Cold showers and no wifi.

stayed here for 2 nights. really lovely place. we were charged 20 Bpp but that is what I would pay if it's volontario. it also depends who is around. Street is about 50 meter away so you always hear cars and trucks passing by, also during night. there is no WiFi but weak Entel signal. Good for campervan but it's not big rig friendly, it was ok for our 5,6 m long and 2,5 m high MB Sprinter. But great portable water and toilets are clean and have running water.

Wow, the camping is just awesome and the family is wonderful. Very beautiful garden, great very clean facilities. José Luis and Juanito are incredibly helpful and so kind. They helped us with everything in such a kind way an we are so happy that we have met them. We hightly recommend staying here. Would love to come back.

so happy to have found this spot. beautiful views, clean, large grassy area, kitchen, tienda with essentials on site, bathrooms and showers(cold). the water pump for the showers went out while we were there but we busy fixing it when we left. access to the creek out back. walking distance to the cuevas. Jose Luis, a son of the owners, was a gentleman and a scholar! he saw us take interest in the diversity of plants on the property and immediately took us on a 6km walk to his sister's house and then down a creek explaining everything as he went. dog friendly. no size restrictions to enter, but until they trim a couple of trees you have to squeeze through 2 apple trees to get into the clearing in the back. we stayed 4 days. when we went to pay they said voluntario, so we gave them 120b which they seemed surprised at. give what you get!

Our best experience in Bolivia. Juanito is real great human, travel's lover. If you are in Samaipata, you HAVE to pass here. We spent 5 days sharing walks, breakfast, evenings... what a time. (tips: propose him to play "Uno" he loves it haha. For info he has 2 lovely dogs and 1 cat.

Super nice spot with the most friendly owner ever. When he saw us he was immediately super friendly and let us stay for free because he was so happy to see travelers. We told him about this app and was super happy to see he was already on. Im pretty sure he will not be free always. Clean toilet and cold shower, electricity available and a little bit old kitchen. No wifi but perfect entel signal.

Stayed there for 4 nights because of sickness. 20 p.p. Very nice campground with friendly owners. Entry ok, but not for very big rigs (truck size). Bathrooms functional, could be better. Made pizza on the first day because the oven was fired. They even helped us with loading the oven. Dogs are friendly. Weak Entel.
