You can stay 24 hrs on the oversize parking lot of the Hollywood Casino in Charles Town. A shuttle bus brings you to the casino entrance. You don't need to register.

Tl;DR got kicked out for not being an RV.
We’re a minivan, obviously not a camper/conversion van. Called ahead and were told we could overnight. Parked in “oversized” lot with other Class A, trailers, and some Sprinter conversions. Got kicked out by security at 2:30 am because “this isn’t a camper, ya can’t sleep here”
Plenty of parking across from the west garage. Somewhat unlevel lot. But quiet and safe.
Report Check-InDidn’t ask permission and didn’t register. Stayed two nights in our camper van and had a pleasant stay. Great proximity to harpers ferry. Would definitely stay again. There was a trucker and rv there with us the first night and then we were the only ones there the second night.
Report Check-InGot in after 9pm, there were a couple big rigs and a tractor trailer, otherwise completely empty. Well lit, quiet, and trouble-free night.
Report Check-InBig, mostly empty parking lot. There was some noise from construction nearby but I wasn’t bothered. I called the casino beforehand and they said it was okay to park.
Report Check-InYellow gate no longer there. Just drive right in. Very large area, good for dogs too
Report Check-InRV’s can still park in this lot, they just don’t want us near the entrance. Go ahead and open the yellow gate that is closing off the lot, just close it after you enter / leave. Park far away from the entrance / yellow gate / trolley booth. They want the area nearby the entrance to be left open for the daytime Covid testing.
Lots of green space for pups! :-)
Quiet night and beautiful sunset.
The oversized lot is currently closed due to Covid-19 but there were several rvs and trucks parked in the “employees only” lot on the far side of the parking garage. We stayed with no problems. It was very quiet.
PS. The Walmart down the street DOES NOT allow overnight parking.
