We stayed here three nights. The family who owns it are very nice and gave us good advise for our stay. The train station is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the camping. From there you can either go to Naples (20min), Pompei (30 min) or Sorrento (60 min). The same train ticket is also good for the Naples metro. There is a grocery (COOP) with everything you need also close to the camping. You should also try the small grilled chicken booth on Via A. Bordiga, just after the roundabout.

Shower are 0.5€ for 5 minutes. Toilets are clean. Drinkable water at every site. We paid 30€ for the camp site + 7€ for electricity + 2€ for tourism tax = 39€ per night. There is also Pomodorino, olive oil, and other local product to sell at the camping.

We had been there for 5 nights. That lovely couple helped us to from the beginning with information how to get to Pompeii, Neapel and all the sights are located around. They only speak Italian, but communicate always with a translator in each language.
It’s not only a safety place to spend nights also a perfect point in the middle of the sights, which you can visit by train (station is approximately 15 minutes walk) or bus. Also if tickets at the Vesuv were sold out, they helped us to get one.
The little campground offers place for about 20 campers, with 3 showers (50Cents/5min) and toilets each gender (always clean), fresh water, dump station, electricity and place like a winter garden with tables and chairs to spend time. You can use the internet (WiFi), which is enough for using WhatsApp, but not creating a website.
In the area of the reception you can buy selfmade products like wine and also some cold Softdrinks.
10 minutes walk away you can wash clothes (I’ve payed 15€ for 2 big bags). 15 minutes walk away a Coop supermarket is located.
For further questions don’t hesitate to ask them!
! We had been there with our campervan and our 4 kids (www.Emily-Hillig-Wolf.de).

Nice place, no shade unless you are under the canopy area so if in a tent you wake with the sun! Owners are the nicest people in Italy, showers/toilets work good (no toilet seat or paper). Wifi is a bit weak and our mobile didn't really work here well either. cold beer for sale at reception, we paid 22€ for 2 people/2 motos/1 tent. Worth a stay for the sights around (Napoli/ Pompeii)

Report Check-In

Nice place to serve as a base for exploring Napole, Vesuvio, Ercolano Ruins and Pompei Ruins. There are 2 train stations near by in a walking distance. The owners are really nice and helpful. 10€ for the entrance card (That you gain back once you leave). For a Camper Car you will pay +-22€ to 25€ a night.

Brand new bathroom blocks. Super secure with keycard entry (€10 deposit for card). Under the mountain which is cool to wake up to. Very handy base for going to Herculaneum 15 mins walk away (the better preserved version of Pompeii with less crowds). Bus up to Vesuvius is near by as easier than finding parking up there (however if you’re not too fussed about hitting the summit, just drive up after it’s closed at 5/6pm and park for free and see the sun go down without the crowds. Few nice places to have a drink up there where locals go on dates). Nice cheap coffee shops and pizza places on the roads down towards Herculaneum.

Great little base.

Paid €25 for two and campervan with electricity and water hookup. Paid €10 to park the whole day while we went sightseeing then left to drive somewhere else that night.
