Namibia
Nice stopover with very friendly owners, restaurant, bar, pool, garden, pitches had just been upgraded with fancy private ablution blocks including dish washing and laundry area, clothes lines, electricity, light and braai area, 200N$pp.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Friendly host (Danie) and his staff. $N220 pppn camping at clean, flat campsites with own ablution block, brain, hookup and scullery area. Very well maintained ablutions.
Decent free WiFi at reception and the central area (and a little beyond into the closet campsites.
They also have chalets and rooms around a central area with modest pool, bar and communal braai area.
Some road noise from the adjacent Trans-Kalahari Highway but this is hardly noticeable, particularly at night.
Lovely camp dog, peacocks and roving tortoise visit the campsites and we got a free morning coffee and rusk brought to our camper!
Definitely worth a visit when travelling to/from Windhoek or Botswana.

Sehr schnelles Wifi! Sehr nette Gastgeber!
Camping 200 $
What a nice camp! Very friendly owners, each campsite has it's own super clean ablution. Soap, hand towel, hot water, electricity, sink, separate water tap and hose. Everything 100%. 200 Namibian Dollar p.P. It's definitely worth the money.
Report Check-InThis must be one of the most well thought through campsites we’ve ever visited. The road noise is a small factor compared to what Xain Quaz (Welcome of some sort) has in store. Concerned owners welcomes you and actually ask what you want from them! Then a very pleasant Lady Veronica makes you feel very welcome at your designated site, she shows you the ins and outs, puts on the geyser and enquires about your trip in such a way that you want to spill ALL the beans. The site has a braai area with an adjacent fire pit with electric lights and plugs. As well as a shallow AND deep zink and prep area as well as a secured cupboard and a washing line, the dustbin is heavy duty and ample light to do your washing up at night. The bathroom, can’t call it ablution, has frosted windows in aluminium frames and tiled floors. There was double ply toilet paper and air freshener as well as a hand towel, hand soap and a foot mat for the more than big enough shower. The basin and mirror finishes of the picture. This is in a pristine condition. There are even extra blankets for the colder days. The money asked for this Glamping site is well worth the effort and more. RE: Outdoors give this site a 9/10 rating only due to road noise which is in this case excusable. WELL DONE!! Danie!!!
Report Check-InA beautiful and well-maintained campground with its own clean abolution on each site. Peacocks are very trusting and sheep also feel at home. Enough trees that provide shade. What a surprise, Veronica recognized us and was happy to see us again. Of course we were woken up with a cheerful good morning and hot coffee. One of the greatest campsites on our long tour. Bea & Pit (www.bepitha.ch)
Report Check-InBasic campsite with power ,water and clean ablutions. A great surprise being served coffee at the campsite in the morning by very friendly staff.
Report Check-InLovely campsite with stunning bathroom facilities (each campsite has its own private bathroom). Friendly owners. Great dinner available at the restaurant. R200 pppn. Complimentary coffee and rusks in the morning was a nice touch.
Report Check-InWe had a wonderful stay here at the campsite. All campsites have private ablution blocks super well equipped, even better than hotels ! It’s a real heaven for animal lovers, with peacocks, adorable dogs and a cat walking around. The pool area is super chill and beautifully surrounded by nature. The must : the surprise coffee cup in the morning with some sweets
Price is still N$175pp, more than worth for the service delivered
Nice stop over for us on our way to Botswana. Little to add to the other comments. Abblutions really stand out. Quite close to the road that you also hear at night.
Report Check-InAbsolutely nice and very clean place after the bush in Botswana. Worth to pay 175 nad/p/n including big private ablution, power, wifi and coffee in the morning 😀.
Report Check-Inwe recommand this place.

nice Camp, very friendly owners.every camp has a private new ablutions. nice garden, pool, friendly dogs. in the morning we got coffee.shadow, 150 N$ p.P
Report Check-Inthe gate is still an issue, we got luck that an employee was coming.
It looks beautiful but the way how they welcome us was that they don't like guest's. they charge us 225 Namibia dollar per person. on the question "what makes the price the value worth?" we got the answer, because it is. so, we said goodbye and went to the other camping in town what gave us a warm welcome and is $n 200 cheaper.
Tried this place but the gate was closed and the button to open it didn’t work...
Report Check-InCan't recommend this place enough if you are on your way to or from Windhoek via the Botswana border. Really nice big sites with shade. Ablution blocks are amazing, better than some hotels we've stayed at. Each site has a braai, electricity, light, tap and private washing up station and clothes lines. Very nice pool and garden. Lovely dogs! And the coffee and rusks in the morning was such a lovely touch!
Report Check-InNice campsite for truckcamper also. Every place has his own very clean ablution, a braaiplace, washbasins for dishes and clothes with hot water, electricity and light for the night. At the lodge is a nice poolarea, restaurant and bar.
The owner and staff are very friendly. The price is justified.
Perfect for a stop over, neat, clean and friendly but otherwise nothing to rave about. I personally like bush camps more and this is very manufactured.
Report Check-InFully agree with other comments. Very good value for money at 150 pp with the super private ablutions. And a lady bringing a cup of coffee in the morning was an unbelievable and striking novelty when camping! In addition. The owner was very helpful and dried my sleeping bag overnight which got wet from a leaking tank and helped me out with a blanket. Worth noting was also a private grassy area to pitch our ground tent. The noise from the street was not a problem, as it dies down after sunset. We had some noise from motocross/ATV driving nearby but that was only for an hour. Would definitely stay again and can fully recommend it.
Report Check-Innice place. each site has own, new and clean facilities. pool, bar and restaurant near by. nice and friendly staff. a good place to stay before comming back to windhoek.
for the once who need it; wifi good and fast ;)
Incredible campsite! The private, very clean and luxurious ablutions are simple the best I've seen in 9 months of traveling. Also the washing and kitchen area is just great! No fridge as stated by earlier comments though but I couldn't care less about that. There are power outlets and lights everywhere and also benches, tables, fireplaces and braais. All very well maintained. Friendly reception and staff. The rusk and coffee in the morning are a very nice touch. Pitches have lots of shade and are big. Pool looked okay. bar/restaurant looked great. Haven't tried them though. I also spent an extra night here because of the excellent facilities. There is a lot of noise from the road and they are still building here so during the day some noise from that as well. Price is now 150 n$ pppn but still worth it!
Report Check-InA wonderful place to spend the night! We stayed 2 nights because of the great facilities. Your own, luxurious, bathroom and kitchen block. Very friendly owners and good Wifi. The morning coffee with biscuits was a real surprise, and we only paid 120$ each!!
Report Check-InAmazing beautiful place! The best ablutions I've ever seen, private for each campsite. Very clean. Manicured garden with pretty pool and bar/restaurant. We paid R120 - but even 150 would have been worth it!
Report Check-InNice stopover with very friendly owners, restaurant, bar, pool, garden, pitches had just been upgraded with fancy private ablution blocks including dish washing and laundry area, clothes lines, small fridge, electricity, light and braai area, we even got a small brakefast brought to us in the morning
80N$pp (5,50€) but due to the new facilities prices will eventually go up to 150N$pp (10€)
