Situated on the pedestrian-only walking street, this is a cozy $8/night hotel private room and private bath. The owner (Cesa) also has a few renovated rooms in the back listed on Airbnb. He is extremely friendly, but you might not meet him unless you hang out towards the back, first floor where he lives. Then he will probably allow you access to the beautiful kitchen used for Airbnb guests, and give you his PW for faster internet.
We were absolutely not supposed to have brought our motos in, but the front desk guy helped me get it into the very back, a covered courtyard area. You must drive through the hallway for the shopping center.

We are bicycling in South America, and found this place on ioverland App. We negotiated a price 45 USD for 2 nights at reception, and the owner confirmed kitchen and washing machines, we could use and free. But just 5 minutes away owner said we couldn’t use kitchen and washing machine when we wanna move baggage in the room, because the price has discounted.
The owne has no spirit of contract, We felt cheated. So we didn’t stay!
I booked one of the airbnb rooms for $13. All good, right at the back so away from any street noise. Good for those on two wheels as can wheel right in, all on ground floor. in the centre of town. modern kitchen with washing machine and dryer and drinking water. cesar is a friendly guy who speaks good English
