If you end up in Almirante and you have to spend the night here (and you cannot stay in your car or RV) this is an option. Big hotel, lots of room, 25$ for a double room with private bathroom and aircon, slow wifi, very noisy, do not take room 7 (because if you unplug the tv to use the electricity, the other guests cannot watch tv) safe parking for two or three motorbikes.

Report Check-Inwe crossed the border into Panama late in the day and could only make it as far às this. crap town and ok hotel but water wasn't working when we arrived (although they didn't mention it until I asked) $30 for double room (we fit in 4 people). does not have secure parking just on street out front.
Report Check-Increepy town. intuition said get a room...i listened. 25usd 1 person and 1 dog. allowed after a phone call and promise not to sleep on the bed or bark.
