place was as described, nice n quiet. development is for sure happening, lots of workers. best as just a spot to sleep, i wouldn’t hang out here too much. there is a 7-11 right where you enter the road for the complex, so that’s nice n convenient! bathroom there was clean

Stayed here 1 night, about 11 to 6:30. Didn’t have any issues, quiet night, felt really safe.

Très bien pour une nuit ,c’est t tranquille pas beaucoup de circulation endroit éclairé par des lampadaires,au moment où ont n’a passé la nuit ,il y avait un chantier de construction juste à côté et beaucoup de travailleurs commencent à arriver vers 6hrs le matin .

Quiet and convenient. Wasn't bothered for an overnight. Tons of open parking spaces.

Good spot for a night! Nice find.
Most of the street lights were turned off, so it’s a very dark area.
I parked directly under a street light, no issues.
I arrived as the sun was setting and saw three cops drive by, all within an hour of each other.
Road was pretty busy until after 10pm on a week night and it started to pick up again at 0530.
Most of the surrounding land that is wooded/undeveloped is up for sale. So lots of spots remain out of the way of residential buildings, but I’m sure this will all be under construction at some point.

Great little spot 5 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. Parking lot is part of a large development and quiet except for a neighbor camper who pulled in late, parked next to me and snored! A few early morning runners and dog walkers. At the bottom of the hill is a small shopping center with a UPS store, supermarket and a couple of restaurants

Most excellent! Thanks for posting this spot. Little to no traffic between 10pm and 8am. Not a peep from anyone in the outside world. Backed in my 24f class C on the wooded side without a problem. There's a hospital next door as a plan B but most likely will never need it.

This area is near an apartment complex but the strip of parking lot is away from the houses. Wooded area all around you but not a causeway for people. Safe to park overnight
