Tuvimos que pasar una semana en este lugar por trámites. No tuvimos ningún problema. Solo hay música fuerte los fines de semana por la noche. Hay baños públicos nuevos pero no están abiertos aún.

when we arrive, we dont find any gate at the beginning of the street. just a thé left one wich open in a Park with 2 big steps to acceed.
mat be it's the wrong adress. so we did'nt feel as sage as described, sleeping in the street wide openned to the main Road. fortunatly, no Issue , everything quiet et sage.

Report Check-In

Amazing spot, very little through traffic at night as gates are shut (but not locked) over night. The Green bus going to town central goes from the end of the street too and costs about 12 pesos to get right into town.

large RV park with lots of room. Construction next door can be a annoying but I got used to it or I just headed to the wide open beach across the road and a small block away. Felipe speaks English and is very accommodating. booked a week but stayed an extra month.

Report Check-In

I arrived at night and the street was closed but not locked, we just opened and there we go, right now just in the beach are mens of government working in bounding bathrooms right here, I asked if there is any problem if I park here and hi says it’s ok 👍🏻

Still here, still quiet. The resort on the left has a decent (but expensive) restaurant and does happy hour on any drinks between 5 and 7pm. Note that there is no shadow to be found but the sea breeze will keep you at an acceptable temperature.

Report Check-In

We arrived after dark and the gates were closed but unlocked. Very quiet place to sleep. Felt safe enough to sleep with the windows open 1/2 way and enjoy the ocean breeze all night.

stayed here last night. Nice quiet place as described by others. sunrisers, sunsetters, and dog walkers may be here but are all gone when it's over.
just half mile north of here. There is another dead-end road that I have added on ioverlander, that is also another option. I will stay tonight there.
while I was here there was another Canadian overlander with a bus parked here too. He had stayed two nights here. No problems at all. All safe and good to go.

We spent three nights here, close enough to the beach to catch the breeze and hear the surf crashing on the beach. Great spot to see the sunset, grab some tacos for lunch at the palapa/restaurant, safe and very flat. As mentioned, the gates are closed after 9. We were the only vehicle parked on the street but you are adjacent to an upscale resort and housing development and we felt good staying here. Not a lot of other good options in this very busy tourist town for informal camps/free overnight parking The only foot traffic was other folks walking their dogs or using the public beach access. Stopped by the RV resort to fill out water tank for 50 pesos

Street side parking, but great place to sleep during our visit to Mazatlán. Close to town, yet far enough away to be quiet. Yes, they close the gate at the end of the street around 9pm, but it's not locked so you can exit and enter anytime. Bathrooms in the park, but sometimes not accessible, depending on the event. Very beautiful beach!

Stayed for one night. We were the only ones parked overnight. Pretty quiet once the sun went down - just a few passersby on foot late in the night. Very well-lit. Felt safe. Some places to eat within walking distance.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night - no problems as per previous description.

Great spot! By the beach, we can here the waves all night, with a great breeze. As said before, the gates close from 9pm to 6am. Very nice guardian.
We have sleep overall about 6 nights here. Very quiet, very safe and very soothing. Easy access to the beach. One downside is the garbage cans are really smelly. We have park a little down the road to avoid the strong smell in the morning.

Report Check-In

we spent 3 nights here, very quiet. the gate closes at 9pm, the second night we arrived after 9pm and we discovered that the left gate was close but not locked, so we could access.

Quite and nice place to stay, next to a beautiful beach!
was a little noisy early in the morning but we have 2 kids so we wake up early anyway!
The guards of the condominium next to the street (the white one not the red one) close the street between 9PM and 6AM. So we talked to them and told them that we will spend the night there.

Nonone bother us... absolutly recommended! and we save 500 pesos! (RV park price)
