City ordinance on hold until July 4, 2022. Yes street parking is legal even if sign says no parking between so and so. (Best to find a crew of RV’s, settle in, and stay mobile). There’s a trailhead parking further in toward the water with plenty of spots. Great place to sleep on quiet streets and spend the day at the trail

10/4/21 this lovely street is practically a ghost town now. Mountain View is cracking down on RVs parked on the streets after passing a bill last year. They’re set to put up tons of no parking signs on 444 out of the city’s 525 streets, this street included. Check photo for sign. The vans/cars are riding it out.

All the other comments capture it really well. No one will you bother you. Very quiet. Not much within walking distance, unless you want to cross the highway and check out the big shopping plaza by foot. It's not scenic because it's just a giant office park, but it's pretty green and decently shady. There were about 20 RVs on our street where we stayed, most of them seemingly long term. And there's another street a few blocks away that's also filled with RVs (but closer to the highway so a little noisier) in case this street is full. We stayed 3 nights and on the last one we took our RV out for the evening and came back and had lost our spot. That's when we moved to Salado Drive a few blocks away. Great spot overall!

Thought I’d leave a note because I didn’t see any reviews for 2021, good spot for the night if you’re traveling on 101! Lots of RV’s and van lifers, didn’t hear or see a single person. Felt safe and has a good paved walk for dogs. Great tmobile data and so so Verizon. Was able to stream.

Love this quiet street with all the other fellow RV/Vanlifers. I got here around 10:30pm and was able to grab a spot at the end of the street. Though I didn’t get any google WiFi, I was able to use my version data. It’s all covered by trees so hot days are not a problem! Didn’t try to check out google since it’s Covid I assumed they close everything. Was woken up by leaf blower around 7am and I left.

Nice place to stay and visit Google complex, quiet at the night.

Safe spot, roadside parking. LOTS of other full size and small size campers, RV’s and vans. No “no parking” signs. Nice grass area for your dog.

Report Check-In

Surprisingly quiet! Almost only vans and RVs are parked on this section of the street (see photo).

Report Check-In

Roadside parking in the quiet street near the Google Headquarter parking lot. Many other long-term full-time rvers parking here as well. Space for small and big rigs. Food Trucks at the Google Headquarter serve great dishes during the day.
