We tried to pass... Indeed, they blocked this street. It’s because of the refinery and you are only allowed to pass if you have an admission of the community.
Report Check-InRoad is closed to public - only authorized personnel. No idea why as it is a very good road - 4 lanes- but blocked with a security guard! Had to turn back to go to San Lorenzo !
