Awesome place with wide view to the ocean, Faro de Mulegé and Punta Prieta Beach. High clearance and 4x4 required in a short patch to the right before Punta Prieta Beach but worth to reach this place. Some fisherman come during the day. In the morning we watch during one hour the dolphins near the bay and cliffs. No wind when we stayed there. We felt safe there. Free.
Check maps satellite view. It helps all lot to find the way in.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Road to the point was gated off. Maybe it’s not always closed, but this time it was.
Report Check-InWe are on the other side of the cliff . Nice place and great views .
Report Check-InOops posted too soon. Made it in our Ford Econoline van fine. Just took it slow. Road a bit technical coming in. Awesome ocean views. Quite a few locals walking around fishing and what not. Kept to themselves though. Google Fi service here.
Report Check-InAmazing used satellite to get in. Quiet, only local fisherman coming and going.
Report Check-InEpic spot!
I have a duly ambulance and it worked. Slow and steady wins the race.
Worth the try!
Report Check-Inyep! This is what u call an amazing offside camping spot! wonderful. only accessible on high clearance 4wd cars (no big trucks). I had to use gear reduction and diff lock 😍
don't worry about little boats crossing in the middle of the night. these are Fisherman's
respect the nature and enjoy
Report Check-InA little tricky finding it right off but worth it. Amazing views and very quiet! 4x4 and high clearance would be good. A nice breeze kept it nice a cool.
