A real surprise! A not-much-to-look-at house doubles as the restaurant. It is right across from a craft store. Both in the middle of nowhere. They offer toasted sandwiches on a unique tasty quasi-flatbread. This was pretty much the only place open on this road on a Saturday afternoon.

We bought both plain roosterkoeken and some with cheese and jam. Really nice!!!
Report Check-InIt‘s a simple place, but definitely a gem. Everyone who stopped while we were there was so excited to find it. The menu is simple…hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic) and various roesterkoeks (a grilled sandwich on homemade bread) to choose from. It‘s worth a stop.
