Many, many gorgeous birds, a cheetah, a few servals, caracals and a variety of buck call this sanctuary home. The residents are all non-releasable. The center also rescues injured, abandoned, surrendered and confiscated animals and when possible they are released in a save wild place. Many paying volunteers enjoy assisting. There is no animal petting or interaction for the public... which is good. It takes about 2 hours to walk around the place. Toasted sandwiches and cool drinks are available. It is well worth a visit as you’ll see birds you’ve probably never seen before!
